I've started writing letters on my twins' birthdays every year. But made a point to make it fancy, so that THEY READ! It almost takes a month to write and edit these handwritten scripts. So my inner fantasy is: One day in an AI-ridden future, their kids and grandkids will cherish these letters, and read it to each other. May be safekeep it in some futuristic museum. The way we see Queen Cleopatra's remains in the Pyramids.
Alas! Not everyone is destined to be Cleopatra.
Well, last birthday when I gave them this fancy diary of small letters(My content writing skills came handy. Cutting all the shit and being absolutely to the point).
The next day, I received a text on Whatsapp(Again obsolete for them)
"Thanks, Mum, with two shadows emoji hugging each other compassionately.
Arghhh!
